Wilque Hotel Hanoi

The hotel is new and modern and the rooms are very clean and comfortable and good value for money if you find a good deal. They have a super free self service laundry which is really great if you’re travelling for longer time Also good (and very clean) kitchen facility where you can both cook and store food in fridge. The location is perfect if you want to be a bit away from the hectic old town in a slightly more local area with some nice restaurants and cafes and slightly less crazy traffic while still only a short 15 minute walk into the old town area. Ms Ly and her colleagues at reception were both helpful and friendly and I had nice rooms on the higher floors away from any traffic noises

The one thing that truly impressed us were the people working there, they were kind and always there to help. Well deserved thank you to the manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and comfortable: from picking us up from the aiport, helping with travel arrangements, and asking for feedback. I must say that we haven't encountered such nice personal before on our trip through asia. For instance, when our suitcase was damaged, a tehnician even drove me on the motorcycle to get it repaired. They are genuinely friendly and reliable, in my opinion, the most valuable "asset" of the hotel. Thank you again, keep up the great work!

Amazing stay at Wil’que hotel! The location is great, right near the lake with an abundance of cafes and restaurants, away from the hectic Old Quarter but close enough to visit. The hotel itself is beautiful and brand new, which absolutely shows. The service is 5 stars from all of the staff, everyone makes you feel so welcome and goes the extra mile to ensure you are having a good time. Ninh (Betty) messaged us before our stay to offer assistance, and went out of her way to organise a private transfer from the airport at the last minute. Throughout our stay, Ninh and Ms. Ly, along with the other staff members (not sure of everyone’s names) were so helpful! We were given free laundry tablets and use of the machines, hot drinks delivered straight to our room, and even an umbrella to use when it was raining (offered to us without even having to ask!). Such an affordable hotel but everything about it was that of a luxury hotel. Every part of the hotel, particularly the room, was spotless. We had a room on floor 5 which has a communal area, super convenient for storing food/drinks and again, so clean! There is also a very pretty rooftop. I could not recommend this hotel enough! We even extended our stay an extra night. Big thanks to the Wil’que team for making our stay so wonderful :)

My stay at Wilque was an absolute delight! Nestled near the city center, this newly-built hotel is in a sweet spot—quiet enough for a peaceful retreat but still close to all the action. The area has a nice buzz to it, with plenty of cafes, shops, and local spots just a short walk away. Wilque is perfect for solo travelers like me. The rooms are modern and super cozy, and I loved the fact that the hotel comes with a washing machine and dryer. It’s such a lifesaver, especially if you’re staying for a while or just want to pack light. The staff at Wilque are awesome and really know how to make me feel at home. They were all so friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with anything I needed. One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop. It’s a chill spot with awesome city views—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, Wilque Hotel has it all—great location, comfy rooms, and amazing service. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Breakfast was as per order. Menu is quite straightforward - pho or friend noodle/rice. Overall it wasn't bad. Just simple. Rooms were very clean and the staff on the 21st - 24th morning were superb and great. Really helpful esp Ly and Nam, and including the Cafe staff. They have a washing machine and dryer which is very convenient.
